Welder
As a welder you are a professional who independently performs welding work with an eye for detail and quality. You can read technical drawings and perform various welding tasks in accordance with safety, environmental and quality standards. You also perform all common auxiliary work to assist the construction bench workers. You will work in a dynamic environment with plenty of room to develop yourself.

Assembler 
As an assembler you make complete constructions with the supplied (fitting) parts using assembly drawings. After checking the constructions you have assembled, the welders weld them. As an assembler you play an important and responsible role within the process. Everything depends on the constructions you have assembled in order to achieve a perfect end product. Logistic activities with the crane are also part of your job.

Machine operator
As an all-round machine operator you can be deployed at several functions and/or machines. You can operate (all) machines and temporarily fill multiple positions within the production process to ensure that all machines are running. You control and guarantee the quality and dimensions of the production result of the machine and you do all this in a safe way. You manage and maintain your own machine(s). Logistic operations with a.o. the crane job is also part of the job package.

All-round construction worker
You like the preassembling of the steel, you are interested in operating our welding robot. You are a team player who helps colleagues whenever necessary. Preferably you have at least one year of work experience in a similar position. You have a MAG 2 welding diploma (or higher), but we are willing to train you in this as well. You can easily think along and cooperate. You are accurate, results-oriented and product quality is important to you. You can work independently, but also pay attention to your colleagues. You will work in a dynamic environment with plenty of room to develop yourself.

Tekla structural detailer / Planner (Junior or Senior) 
As an structural detailer you are the essential connection between design and execution. You are mainly involved in solving engineering issues, working out complex structures, setting up 3D models and making workshop drawings for your colleagues. Then, in consultation with the project leader, you will place orders for the above mentioned items. You work from sketch designs to execution drawings. Throughout the whole process you remain part of the project. This ensures that questions are resolved quickly and the quality of the final product increases. Due to the international position of the van Sluisveld Group, speaking and writing in English is an advantage.

Cost engineer (Junior or Senior) 
As an cost engineer, you will be responsible within our team for determining of the cost price to detailed final quotations. You actively participate in the project teams, where you have as well a supporting and advisory role. You can suggest possible savings and improvement alternatives to the client. As a cost engineer at the van Sluisveld Group you will have very varied work. The work varies from small steel construction projects to whole shells of large buildings, both in the Netherlands and internationally. You will manage these projects correctly from the development phase to the execution phase! You request quotations from various suppliers and subcontractors. You evaluate the quotes you received and combine these prices with your estimate of production, transport and assembly hours. At the end, you prepare the final quotation for the customer. On-site experience and speaking/writing in English is a requirement.
